Women & Leadership Panel Series 2016 Wrap-Up
Female representation declines as career level rises. Globally, women make up 33% of managers, 26% of senior managers, and 20% of executives.
The Women & Leadership panel series was designed to provide a diverse group of business women the opportunity to hear from top executives, who are leaders in our community. Throughout, my goal is for women to build relationships, future business opportunities, and be inspired to take control of their careers, while addressing topics that affect their success.

10 Strategies for Women in the Workplace: New Rules of the Game -Susan Packard
In New Rules of the Game, business leader Susan Packard shows you how to cultivategamesmanship--a strategic way of thinking regularly seen in the video game and sports worlds, and most often among men--that develops creativity, focus, optimism, teamwork, and competitiveness.
My vision is to see more women in influential positions of power. To be recognized for their work, whether corporate or entrepreneurial ventures, women should be empowered to achieve whatever passion and goals they have. More women should be confident to pursue leadership positions and feel equally as competent as men to do so.
"The question isn’t
who’s going to let me;
it’s who is going to stop me."
